This cocktail is based on Chinese Longjing (or Dragon Well) green tea.

Mr. Casey combines Chinese Longjing green tea and gin with the fragrance of elder flower liquor. The combination of a delicate green tea and the fragrance of elder flower along with a clear Gin is great for a very fragrant and smooth tasting refreshment.
