Wuyi Tongmu Old Tree Black Tea is sweet and has a sophisticated flavor profile with a remarkably long aftertaste. This tea can be brewed many times while it appears to become sweeter and sweeter with every subsequent infusion.

Gongfu Style

• Use 5g of tea leafs / 150 ml 
• Use 85-93 °C hot water
• Infuse for 10 sek. 
• Add 5 - 10 sek. for every subsequent infusion
• Can be infused more than 10 times

 

Western Style

• Use 2 g of tea leafs / 100 ml
• Use 85-93 °C hot water
• Infuse for 70 sek. 
• Add 30 sek. for every subsequent infusion
• Can be infused up to 5 times
