Gongfu Style

• Use 8g of tea leafs / 150 ml 
• Always use 100 °C boiling water
• Infuse for less than 10 sek. for the first 2-3 times (quick!)
• Add 5 - 10 sek. for every subsequent infusion
• Can be infused 8-10 times

 

Western Style

• Use 2.5 g of tea leafs / 100 ml
• Always use 100 °C boiling water
• Infuse for 70 sek. 
• Add 30 sek. for every subsequent infusion
• Can be infused up to 3 times
