Rougui combines the typical mineral flavor (Yanyun - 岩韵) and smokeyness of Wuyi Rock Teas with very floral Orchid notes and the spicyness of cinnamon. Rougui has a distinctive cinnamon flavor and is suprisingly floral for a Wuyi Rock Tea.

Gongfu Style

• Use 8g of tea leafs / 150 ml 
• Always use 100 °C boiling water
• Infuse for just 5 sek. for the first 2 times (be very quick!)
• Add 5 - 10 sek. for every subsequent infusion
• Can be infused 8-10 times

 

Western Style

• Use 2.5 g of tea leafs / 100 ml
• Always use 100 °C boiling water
• Infuse for 50 sek. 
• Add 20 sek. for every subsequent infusion
• Can be infused up to 3 times
