Lu'an Guapian offers a very round tea experience. This tea is particularly clean and crisp with many floral and herbaceous notes. An outstanding velvety mouthfeel makes this tea experience remarkable. This tea can be a bit more bitter than other green teas when infused with boiling water, but rewards you with a distinctively sweet and long-lasting aftertaste (回甘 - huigan). To avoid the bitterness infuse with 85 °C hot water.

Gongfu Style

• Use 4g of tea leafs / 150 ml 
• Use 85 - 90 °C water

• Use 1.5 g of tea leafs / 100 ml
• Use 85 - 90 °C water
• Keep tea leafs permanently infused in glass
• Add water when glass is 2/3 empty
• Can be infused up to 3 times
