Taiping Houkui is a green tea with a very full-bodied and creamy mouthfeel that combines harmoniously with its fresh floral flavors and a hint of mellow chestnut. Taiping Houkui is very floral-fresh and creamy at the same time.

Gongfu Style

• Use 3g of tea leafs (4 - 5 tea balls) / 150 ml 
• Use 80 °C water
• Infuse for 30 sek. 
• Add 15 sek. for every subsequent infusion
• Can be infused 4 - 5 times

 

Western Style

• Use 1g of tea leafs (4 tea balls) / 100 ml
• Use 80 °C water
• Keep tea leafs permanently infused in glass
• Add water when glass is 2/3 empty
• Can be infused up to 3 times

Our green tea leafs have been scented with jasmine blossoms during the production process, allowing the green tea leafs to pick up the fresh jasmine fragrance. Afterwards the blossoms are picked out again, just leaving the green tea leafs.
