Longjing, or Dragonwell is without doubt the most iconic of all Chinese green teas. This exceptional green tea is best known for combining the typical vegetal and floral flavors with a distinctive nutty flavor. For hundreds of years it has been produced by tea farmers around the iconic "West Lake" in Eastern-China's city of Hangzhou from where its cultivation has spread around the whole region.

Our Longjing Dragonwell Green Tea has been cultivated and produced by our tea farmers in Huangshan county, Anhui province.
Longjing Dragonwell Green Tea has a very distinvtive flavor combining the light vegetal and floral notes that are typical for green teas with an outstandingly nutty note. Longjing Dragonwell is a more full-bodied green tea and at the same time still nicely refreshing.

Use 4g of tea leafs / 150 ml

Use 75 - 85 °C water

Infuse for 30 sek.

Add 10 - 15 sek. for every subsequent infusion

Can be infused 4 - 5 times

Western Style

Use 1.5 g of tea leafs / 100 ml

Use 75 - 85 °C water

Keep tea leafs permanently infused in glass

Add water when glass is 2/3 empty

Can be infused up to 3 times
